Proactive staff, helpful service, awesome views. The continental breakfast had lots of choices. Pleasant location, right by - centre of Whitby and the harbour, but the area was muddy. Pool with the sea view was covered.

Neat hotel, inviting rooms, great value for money. Location near a public beach. Super beds, Wi-Fi, coffee and armchairs were a nice touch. The beach restaurant was excellent, perfect service.

very welcoming staff, the room was tastefully decorated and i loved handy location. the bed was fine and it was great having a seating area, a radio and a private entrance. the breakfast was delicious, with lots of food.

Second to none location and service, the hotel itself was spotless. The property was right next to Whitby downtown. Walking distance to the train station, just 15 minutes. Spacious bedrooms and a fairly clean bathroom...
